Before a session

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, contact us as early as possible. Available alternatives depend on the existing preparation, delivery format and agreed notice period.

Confirmed work

Fees, cancellation conditions and any refund arrangement are set out in the applicable written confirmation. The Bafureqo website does not accept payments directly.
